Tianjin Zeyang Printing Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, specializing in the production of pharmaceutical leaflets，with theplant construction area of 10,677 square meters, the current staff of 70 people, and an annual output of 3 billion leaflets.Zeyang already have 33customers which are all pharmaceutical companies, and more than 90% are foreign pharmaceutical companies like Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, andBayer.

Our plant is built with reference to GMP requirements, the main purpose is to avoidconfusion, contamination and pollution. The entire plant is a fully enclosed space, with clothes-changing areas, air shower, access control system. Each workshop has its own visit window.The whole plant also have the security system. Each device is installed in a separate workshop to avoid confusion.

The plant is equipped with 4 sets of professional pharmaceutical leaflets printing machine, which canachievedouble side printing, single-sided double-color printing, and four-color printing. The plant is also Equipped with KODAK CTP equipment. In order to accurately and efficiently do a good job on in-process quality control, Zeyang introduced offline inspection machinein 2012, avoiding the bugs of the manual inspection for samples. Zeyang introduced the first online inspection machine In 2014, to achieve the100%equipmentinspection.Currentlywe have 2 sets of inspection machine. We also introduced MBO folding machine in 2014, expanding the type of folding products, this folding machinecan achieve the online inspection. In order to fully meet customers demands, our company spent heavily on the imported GUK folding machine from Germany in 2016.This machine can fold the leaflet with the max. format of 530*1440mm,and the final products can be folded to 32*32mm, and also it can gluing and labeling, specializing in the production of the United States market for large-size folding leaflets. We introduced the automatic plastic packagingmachine.The cancel of the kraft paper packaging process can improve production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.

Through constant upgrading of equipment, our production process has achieved automation, greatly improving the stability of product quality, improving production efficiency and shortening the lead times.
