Xinnuo Lixing (Huanghua) Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2004 with a registered capital of 180 million RMB.Now it has more than 1500 employees. It is a group company based on the deep processing of coal tar, focusing on the field of high-tech and high value-added fine chemical new materials, integrating research and development, production, and operation. At present, the enterprise has three major production bases, located in Lvqiao Industrial Zone in Huanghua City, Hebei Province, Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hebei Province, and Shengyuan Coal Chemical Industrial Zone in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. Lvqiao Production Base (Group Headquarters) The Lvqiao production base is located in Lvqiao Industrial Zone, Huanghua City, Hebei Province, covering an area of over 900 acres. The main production capacity includes: 900K tons/year high-temperature coal tar processing device, 50K tons/year oil washing deep processing device, 80K tons/year phthalic anhydride production device, and 100K tons/year environmentally friendly DOP production device. The main products are coal tar pitch, indole, quinoline, phthalic anhydride, anthracene oil, DOP, fluorene, acenaphthene, crude anthracene, etc. 2. Lingang Production Base The Lingang Production Base is located in the Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone of Huanghua City, Bohai New Area, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. The total area of the project is over 1300 acres, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion RMB. Currently, three fine chemical production lines have been built, including 1000 tons of quinolinic acid, 500 tons of 8-hydroxyquinoline, and 1200 tons of 9-fluorone. Additionally, a new oxygen fluorene deep processing optical new material and environmentally friendly flame retardant project have been built. The products are widely used in various industries such as medicine, agriculture, dyes, and high-end optical resins, and are a demonstration base for the deep processing of high-end fine chemical products of Xinnuo Lixing Group. 3. Ordos Production Base (Xinnuo Zhengneng) The Ordos Production Base is located in the Shengyuan Coal Chemical Industry Zone of Ejin Horo Banner, Inner Mongolia. It was established in 2019 and has a total planned investment of approximately 1.5 billion RMB. It is a key investment attraction project of the Ejin Horo Banner People's Government. A 300K ton/year medium temperature coal tar deep processing plant has been built and supporting facilities have been completed × 25MW waste heat power generation project.
