It is suitable for kinds of bottles less than 5L, consisting of filling and capping combined machine, double-side self-adhesive labeling machine, falling style cartoning machine, automatic cartons opening, sealing machine and conveying device, to complete filling and packed in cartons.
● It only requires 3 people (one operator, two assistants) to run this line.
● Filling and capping combined machine, double conveying bottles input, output servo volumetric filling. The machine takes caps first, capping second, has good coordination and high qualified rate, at sometimes the capacity will be increased by 30%.
● Double-side self-adhesive multiple function labeling machine, it is suitable for round or flat bottles.
● Falling style cartoning machine is suitable for small quantity of heavier bottles that are not easily taken.
● Automatic cartons opening, sealing machine, it is easy for operation, making workers more comfortable, improving the production capacity.
