The CI-5F Inspection Machine is an automatic, high-output visual inspection machine designed to inspect/sort filled capsules. This machine combines computer image processing technology with in-line CCD cameras to inspect and sort capsules based on customer-set criteria.

It can inspect filled capsules, verifying all characteristics of filled capsules and automatically removing defective filled capsules from the product stream. It can inspect virtually every type of filled capsules, and achieve full 360-degree inspection of filled capsules by using 5 high-speed CCD cameras. The unique imaging process enables CI-5F to reject defective filled capsules for all empty capsule, appearance problems arising from filling such as telescoped problems, transformed problems, abnormal locking.
