The whole process of tube management(tube sorting, cap screwing off, filling and capping) is completed under the laminar flow hood, which makes the filling production truly aseptic.
Different brands of peristaltic pumps are at choice to meet accuracy requirements; adjustable capping torque is controlled by servo.
The main body of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other polymer materials, and the part in contact with the liquid is made of 316L stainless steel and silicone tube.
