Characteristic introduction
This series of machines meet GMP requirements. The outer cover is all stainless steel plate doors. ZP type stamping die, with low running cost. Electrical control adopts advanced touch screen, which is easy to operate and clean. Using intelligent centralized lubrication system, the time interval of lubricating oil can be set according to the specific situation, and the oil can be added automatically. Special installation method is adopted for the lower rail guide of vulnerable parts, which is simple and quick to remove and replace. Using the flow grid feeding mechanism, the material can fill the die hole evenly and reduce the difference of sheet weight. The main transmission mechanism is installed in the machine base. The motor drives the worm wheel in the worm gear box to rotate through the synchronous belt, and the turntable is connected with the worm wheel through the spindle, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. According to customer's demand, the diameter and filling can be expanded.This series of machines meet GMP requirements. The outer cover is all stainless steel plate doors.
